Led by a charismatic leader and quality management, Davitec is a key B2B player serving a broad customer base of condominiums, social landlords and the tertiary sector. The company is mainly involved in facade renovation and external thermal insulation.

Ambitions
Davitec aims to consolidate its leading position in the Bordeaux region, particularly in the field of external thermal insulation, while addressing the immense need for energy improvements in existing housing and commercial buildings. As one of the few companies to hold the required certifications and to be able to tackle projects of significant size, Platina is keen to provide the necessary support for Davitec’s regional development ambitions, through branch openings and external growth.

Ambitions
Davitec has already built up an extensive “backlog” of orders, giving it visibility over several years. Since Platina acquired a stake in the company, a new regional branch was opened and several build-up opportunities have already been considered. A detailed ESG roadmap has also been put forward to crystallize Davitec’s strategic impact as well as its business’ eligibility to the European taxonomy.
